Mandate’s bloodlines include the Greats of Arabian breeding. His significant sire line comes from National Champion Ali Jamaal who has sired multiple national champions. His dominant dam line comes from the great foundation mare TW Forteyna, who has produced multiple national champions.
In 2012, owner Win Arabians is eagerly anticipating the arrival of Mandate’s first foals out of mares with top bloodlines from Bey Shah, Ali Jamaal, Strike, Afire Bey V and Huckleberry Bey.
Soon Mandate will join his Region 3 Top Five full brother, Romeo, who is also black, in the show arena.

I love his build and looks. Nice Breeding! I am unable to afford a breeding to him but hope in the future that will change. I have a outstanding black Pyro Thyme Sa daughter that has won many blue/red ribbons in Halter, a res. region 9 sweestakes weanling win and now has a blue ribbon in Western Pleasure under Eddie Ralston.
